AI-HAND Coordinator Christine Azevedo Coste took the stage at the prestigious “Disability, Sport, and Movement Sciences” symposium at the AcadĂ©mie des Sciences in Paris. She presented the project and delivered an inspiring talk on “Neuroprosthetics and Movement”, presenting recent advances in the field including upperlimb functions restauration.
AI-HAND partner David Guiraud (NEURINNOV) will present the development of the project’s medical device for the restoration of hand functionalities in patients with complete tetraplegia at the congress of SOFMER (French Society of physical and rehabilitation medecine) on 2-4 October 2024 in Toulouse, France.
